Shipping/Returns

-Please allow 3-5 business days for your processing and handling. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info. If you do not receive this email please contact us and we will get you your tracking number as soon as possible.

-Shipping within the U.S.- $4 flat rate | International Shipping - $20 flat rate | Canada Shipping - $14 flat rate —

-Cancelations are accepted if the item has not shipped. 

-Shop Holland under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind. You will need to file a claim with the USPS 

-International Shipping: When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.

-Unfortunately, Shop Holland DOES NOT DO EXCHANGES. However we do offer refunds. We suggest after you start your refund, snag your correct size for your child.

-You may return any items within 12 days of receiving your shipment. Item MUST BE unworn/unwashed and also in the original packaging. Please include an order number and  receipt or proof of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the garment for defects prior to wash and wear. Damaged or defective product must be reported within 12 days of receipt and remain unwashed/unworn to be eligible for replacement or refund. Returns must be reported no more than 12 days from delivery date and under no circumstances will be considered for a refund or credit exceeding that time frame. 

-Please remember, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed or as a result of defective merchandise in which case a prepaid shipping label will be issued.
